How to change your existing account into a new username you like?

Please kindly contact our support@estarling.com and provide us your existing user name and also your password which you want to delete.In the mean time, we would like to let you know once the account has been deleted ,all the informatiom with this account would be deleted as well.And then, you can set up the new user ID on your frame again.
