How to join a group?

To Join a group, click on the “My Frames” tab and then click on “Join”
Enter the name of the group you would like to join in the “Group Name” field and
click on “Submit”. You will be prompted to enter the group password if the group
requires a password. Enter the password and click on “Submit” again.
Managing the groups :
All groups that you join will be listed under the “Manage” tab under the “My Frames”
section and all members of a group will be listed under the specific group addresses.
The administrator of a group (user who create the group) has the authority to delete
the group (by clicking on “LEAVE”) or remove a group member (by clicking on “X”
next to the member to be deleted). To view the photos under the group, click on
the group address. All members of a group can view the group photo album but only
the administrator has the authority to delete photos from the group photo album.
III. Uploading photos from the frame to other individual frames, group of frames
and/or other email addresses.
As described in item 6 of Customizing slide show, photos can be uploaded directly
from the frame to your web album. To further enhance this capability, you can also
send photos directly from your frame to other individual frames, group of frames
and/or other normal email clients (eg. Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora…..etc.)
Go to the “Control Panel” section and click on “Recipients”. Enter the email address
for the group frames (as described in item II above), individual frames or any valid
email address to the field marked 1. and then click “Add”. The email address will
then be added to the recipient list field. When photos are sent from your frame,
the photo will automatically be forwarded to all of the members on the recipient
list.
IV. Sending photos to your eStarling frame or group of eStarling frames through
email
Each eStarling frame or group of eStarling frames (as described in item II. above)
has a unique email address (all ending in @seeframe.com). Photos can be sent to
individual eStarling frames or grouped frames as file attachments by email to the
corresponding email address (xxxxx@seeframe.com).
You can also use a filter to prevent unwanted photos coming in through email.
Go to “Control Panel” section and click on “Authorization”. Choose the “Enable Incoming
Email Filtering” option and enter the allowed email address in the field shown above
by the red arrow 1. then click “Add”. The email address will then be put onto the
approved sender list.
If you choose the “Enable email address caching” option, there will be no filtering
function even if there are entries on the approved sender list. Email addresses
from all incoming email will be put onto the approved sender list automatically.
When you enable the filtering function again, you will need to remove the unwanted
entries manually from the approved list by highlighting the specific email address
and then clicking “Remove”.
V. On-line text messenger
This function is designed for user to send messages to eStarling frame remotely.
Go to the messenger section, click on “New Message” and select the font size.
Click once on the area in black and start typing your message. Once you complete
your message, click “Submit”. The message will then be sent to your eStarling frame.
Once the message arrives your eStarling frame, it will be displayed on the frame
until user delete the message from the frame. To delete a message, press the “STOP”
button on the eStarling frame. Then press the “DELETE” button (you will be asked
to press the “DELETE button again to confirm on deletion). Press the “DELETE” button
once again to delete the message.
VI. Uploading photos from PC
Go to the “My Photos” section and click “Upload Photos”.
Click “Browse” to browse through your HDD and select photos. There is a maximum
of 4 photos that can be uploaded every time. Once you have located the photos to
be uploaded to your web album, click “Upload” and wait for the upload process to
be completed.
